For Women:
Longing, Voice, and Renewal
Honoring the wisdom of women’s bodies, across the lifespan.
So many women arrive carrying not just pain, but longing. A longing for rest, for confidence, for a sense of belonging in their own bodies and lives. Trauma, chronic health challenges, and relentless social pressures can steal these birthrights, leaving you feeling disconnected from your identity, your rhythms, your intuition.
In therapy, I invite women to rediscover what was never lost: the imagery, creativity, pleasure, and wisdom that already live within you. When given safe space and compassionate pacing, these qualities emerge — often surprising in their power, always deeply personal.
Who I Work With
I welcome women across the lifespan — and all who identify as women — into this work, including:
Young women stepping into adulthood while navigating illness, identity, or shifting bodies.
Mothers balancing impossible demands while longing for rest, permission, and self-expression.
Midlife and elder women reclaiming voice, power, creativity, and deeper connection to themselves and the natural world.
Queer, trans, and disabled women, for whom intersectionality, justice, and belonging are essential to the healing process.
How Therapy Supports This Work
Therapy with me is not about striving to become someone else — it’s about remembering what your body and spirit already know. Together, we might explore:
Somatic practices that honor cyclical rhythms and embodied wisdom.
Gently reconnecting to your voice, your pleasure, your creativity, and your longings.
Naming and releasing the weight of social pressures and inherited expectations.
Finding rest, safety, and expression at a pace that feels resourced and compassionate.
