Accessible Counselling Online
Therapy doesn’t need to add extra strain. Online counselling allows you to choose the space where you feel most at ease — whether that’s home, a quiet office, or anywhere you have privacy. Sessions are held through secure, confidential platforms (HIPAA + PIPEDA compliant).
You choose the pace and length of our work together, with 30, 50, or 80 minute sessions available. I also offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
