Chronic Pain & Invisible Disability Support

Living With an Unpredictable Body:

Chronic health conditions such as fibromyalgia, migraine, hEDS, POTS, MCAS, chronic fatigue, long COVID, and ADHD can be exhausting in ways that are hard to explain. They may not always be visible, but they touch every part of life — from energy and work to relationships, finances, and the capacity to dream.

The unpredictability of symptoms can feel destabilizing, even traumatic. Bodies that fluctuate or feel unreliable can lead to stress, anxiety, and disconnection. And too often, the medical system and others may not fully understand or validate your experience.

A Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Space

I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. I understand that chronic illness isn’t caused by trauma — but the ongoing instability and uncertainty of living with illness can compound emotional pain and nervous system overwhelm.

In our sessions, we may:

  • Explore nervous system regulation through somatic practices

  • Find ways to reconnect with your body at a pace that feels safe

  • Build tools for self-compassion and resilience in daily life

  • Honour the emotional, relational, and spiritual impacts of illness

Reclaiming Agency and Resilience:

Living with chronic illness doesn’t mean giving up your sense of vitality or possibility. Therapy can offer a grounding space to rediscover agency, adapt with compassion, and connect with meaning — even within the realities of illness. My goal is not to push for “fixing” or idealized wellness, but to support you in finding balance, self-trust, and pathways that feel truly your own.

  • That’s okay. Sessions are paced gently and collaboratively, with space to pause, rest, or adjust as needed. You’re encouraged to show up exactly as you are, even on difficult days.
